Hi Nicholas,

I have an issue and im not sure if its caused by Joomla Tools.

I made a subdomin in PLESK.

Its app.addedvalue.blog

But its gave back error. (picture attach)

Can it be that admin tools thinks its suspicious and blocking it?

I attached a screenshot from the installation folder, app.addedvalue.blog in filezilla.

My question, till how far admin tools can "see"

As you can see its not even in the same folder where the http doucuments are placed for addedvalue.blog

Its one level higher.

Can Admin tools of addedvalue.blog still block this?

If yes i attached a screenshot from the htaccess maker, is that the right way to add the exception?

Thanks for explaining.

Hello,

in the way you created your subdomains, there's no need to tell Admin Tools to allow access to them. They all live on different levels.

Please remove the values you set, they're not correct and they could cause issues.

First of all, please replace your current .htaccess file inside the subdomain with WordPress default one, then manually disable Admin Tools as explained here: https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/atwp/web-application-firewall.html

Do you still have issues?

Thank you very very much for your prompt response, meanwhile the issue is fixed it was some server config issue in PLESK.

I'm building an android application with a backend on my subdomain, and just wondering if i need to config something im admin tools to let it work without any issue.

Do i need to add something to the exclusion?

In theory, if they live in different levels, there's no need to add any exclusion in Admin Tools.
