Is it possible to identify 'permanent' blocks - can a column be added to show the block type - temporary or permanent - I operate a zero tolerance policy the first block I want to be permanent - I do not want to wait for a second violation to impose the permanent block which seems to be how the WAF is being managed.

The temporary block works fine - except I do not want any temporary blocks - I have told the WAF to permanently disallow with an autoblock level of 1 this does not work, always the first block is temporary, proven because the IP disappears from the auto IP block list.

Where can I see any blocks considered permanent - WAF Deny List ?

How can I permanent ban on first offence ? (I am not interested in a debate about why I would wish to do so)

The unblock IP tab is inadequate - you should present a list of the blocked IP's whether permanent or temporary so that they can be selected from the list. - this is an enhancement request.

Hello,

I'm sorry but that's not possible.

The first block is always temporary, since it marks "the first mark" after that we do all the calculations (ie if we should ban the visitor, for how long or if it's forever).

It is pretty much as I had already worked out, it isn't a massive deal.
