Hi,

I am using wordpress and woocommerce in our website. In order to connect to our shop POS we use plugin connectPOS. It support asked us to white list the IP's of their server in order to sync with our shop. I attach what we entered, kindly confirm our whitlisting is correct. Still we are unable to connect to their server even with whitlisting.

You only need what you have in the first screenshot.

The second screenshot is about making exceptions to specific URLs. Putting an IP address there does absolutely nothing.

Kindly note that it's possible that these exceptions are not enough. Does connectPOS use arbitrary .php files it needs direct access to from the web? If so and you are also using the .htaccess Maker feature of Admin Tools you will need to get a list of the URLs from connectPOS' developers and let us know so we can guide you adding the necessary exceptions in the .htaccess Maker as well.

Thank you for your reply. ConnectPOS support told us that our server is refusing connection without and specifics.

Without any specifics we can't help. Please ask the ConnectPOS support which URLs they need to access and which User-Agent strings they will be using. Without this information nobody can help you.

Hi Nicholas,

We solved problem, it was Jetpack blocking the IP's.Tks anyway.
