Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

This messages comes from Joomla, not Admin Tools. Admin Tools has nothing to do with either this message or caching in Joomla in general.
I would recommend checking if you have the System – Cache plugin enabled. If you do, try disabling it and see if it makes any difference. If it does make a difference, it's very likely that you are behind a caching proxy or CDN like CloudFlare. In this case it would help replacing all login modules on your site with a Login / Logout menu item and configure the System – Cache plugin and your caching proxy / CDN to never cache that menu item.

I already told you that this is not an Admin Tools issue. We can only provide support for our software, not Joomla in general. I gave you some generic advice to help you get started but I'm afraid I can't debug your Joomla setup for you; it's outside the scope of our support.
