Dear Nicholas,

Sorry to open the ticket in this subject to start with.

I have a big problem and really dont know how to solve.

So my main domain is suspended by the registrar.

This means i cant login to the backend and cant run akeeba backup... :(

I have every file also FTP is still okay so i have access to the latest files of the website.

Also i have a temp domain where i could install the website without any problem.

Long story to make it short.

Is there some way please to generate those .j01-02-..etc files from the files without the website?

So basically i need to make the archive first so then i could install the site on the new domain

Thank you very much in advance for any tip or advise!

Hello,

a couple of questions to better understand. When you set "registrar", you mean the DNS registering company or the hosting company?

In the former case attach the new domain name to the old site and you can access it once DNS resolves, in the latter case you have to talk to your host. Sadly the only way to create the archive is either from the backend, the frontend or using a CLI script.

Thank you very much for our response, no its not the webhosting company that is working fine, the registrar of my domain name suspended my domain.

This transaction: attach the new domain name to the old site

Is this i need to do in Cloudflare or in PLESK?

in this case it should be easier. On any DNS provider, attach the DNS record to the IP address of the server and let the DNS reload. In this way you should be able to connect to the domain
