hi folks i saw that user trying to get our rss are banned, dont have found any way to put an exception for this url

I can tell you with certainty that you will NOT be blocked for doing a simple GET request to an RSS feed. We use RSS ourselves for our news feed (https://www.akeeba.com/?format=feed&type=rss).

I think that the user may have been adding some nastiness to his request, trying to probe it for vulnerabilities. You shouldn't allow that, it should be blocked. It was blocked, so all is good.
