Hello,
most likely you have a previous half installation that is blocking the full installation. Please get inside Joomla extension list and uninstall anything that is linked to Admin Tools, one entry at the time.
Then try again to install Admin Tools.

You seem to have had an older version of Admin Tools installed on your site which has not been removed cleanly.
Go to System, Manage, Extensions.
Look for Admin Tools
If there is a component item, select it and click on Uninstall. Ignore any errors.
Using phpMyAdmin or whatever equivalent provided by your host remove all database tables with _admintools_ in their name.
Now retry installing Admin Tools.
