Hi Akeeba Team,

I am rebuilding my page and it is in a "coming soon" mode. Admin Tools is running and I did not make any changes to any settings. I login with the administrator secret URL parameter to the backend - everything is fine.

If I want to make any changes, e.g. edit the coming soon page (helix ultimate 2.0.11) I always get a blocked request. (Reason: tmpl) - if i continue editing my IP is banned (Last Blocked Request Reason: IP auto-ban). - administrator/index.php?option=com_ajax&helix=ultimate&id=14

Also I use SP Page Builder Pro and if I like to see a preview of any page it says - 403 - We detected that your latest request may have been part of suspicious activity and has been blocked. If you believe you are getting this message in error please let us know through our site's contact form. (Reason: tmpl) Preview: index.php?templateStyle=14&tmpl=comingsoon

I have searched the support and documentation I could not find any hints. Basically it seems I can not make any changes to my page without blocking or banning myself. SP Page Builder Pro Front End Editor is not working too - same result: 403 - We detected that your latest request may have been part of suspicious activity and has been blocked. If you believe you are getting this message in error please let us know through our site's contact form.-  /index.php/component/sppagebuilder/edit/1

Basically it seems to me, that I can not easily edit my page with "Admin Tools" turned on and in a "Coming Soon" mode. Could you please help me?

Thank you for your help and best regards

Marcus

Your IP address is blocked. Go to Components, Admin Tools. There should be an Unblock my IP button at the top of the page. Click on it.

Go to Components, Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, click on Cloaking, find the “List of allowed tmpl= keywords” setting. Click on an empty space inside it, type comingsoon and press Enter. Click on Save & Close

See how what you entered corresponds to the tmpl=comingsoon part of the blocked URL.

This works and I can work on the site again!
