I have created an additional directory that is not used by Joomla. With the installation of Admin Tools, I can no longer access it. What do I have to do to make it readable again? Thank you very much.

https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/admin-tools/server-protection.html see “Allow direct access, except .php files, to these directories” and “Allow direct access, including .php files, to these directories”. Add the directory to the appropriate setting depending on what your directory is for, then click on Save and Create .htaccess.
