Admin Tools crashed

Been working all weekend on installing and configuring a new extension but out of the blue it seemed, Admin Tools would not start up anymore. See attached picture ADMIN TOOLS ERROR.

I restored a BU from earlier on Sunday 19-03-2023 but that did not help, same error. The only other BU is from before the weekend, so I did not use that one.

I first want to try to back up the configuration of some new component I worked on over the weekend before installing that BU from a few days ago. I remember that I wanted to start up Admin Tools to empty the temp folder. Before I have been working on language overrides, I want to keep those too.

I noticed following problems in the database :
1)Akeeba Backup for Joomla -< 1 problem
2) Joomla CMS -> 2 problems
Updated the structure -> after restoring the database table structure -> still same problem with Admin Tools still not starting up
What do you think is the best approach:would re-install Admin Tools resolve the issue ? I really hate to go back a few days and loose work done. You Do have a better idea?

I did not yet check out other J4 sites that are on the same server, but I use that one for over more than 2 years without issues.

The site is a copy of the original site, that I use it as a puinea pig for testing new options, etc…

Thanks in advance,
Jan

This looks wrong. Joomla thinks that the component it's trying to load is using the legacy Joomla 3 API. All of our Joomla 4 components, including Admin Tools 7, use the native Joomla 4 API. This means that Joomla has the wrong information.

  1. Download the latest version of Admin Tools 7 Professional from our site.
  2. Install it on your site twice in a row, without uninstalling it before or in between. This will hopefully fix the database data and any missing files.
  3. Delete the file administator/cache/autoload_psr4.php. This file will be regenerated automatically. It's created by Joomla and caches the correlation between the components' PHP namespaces and the path on the server they can be found.
  4. Go to your site's administrator backend, System, Clear Cache, and click on Delete All.
  5. If this didn't help, repeat the steps 2 to 4 once more.
