I am using admintools since many years in a lot of websites without problems.
Since some time I receive in the mentioned URL only about 20 times a day the error message login failure and don't see the reason why. Can you assist me to find the reason?

Hello,
this usually happens because there are bots trying to bruteforce your access details. As long as you have a strong password (even better if you have multi factor authentication), you can safely ignore them.
