I get a warning error in AdminTools 

Warning: Undefined variable $betypes in /usr/home/nunnsrog1/public_html/structuresolver/website_d/administrator/components/com_admintools/src/Model/HtaccessmakerModel.php on line 856

and repeated for line 878 and 892.

It does not seem to be causing problems but would like to get rid of it.

This is a known issue we have already addressed. As you surmised, it is a purely cosmetic issue. It does not have any functional significance.

You will see this fix in the next published release, scheduled for next week.
