Hello

I want to disable user blocking because of login on /administrator/index.php?option=com_admintools&view=Configurewaf in the "Hardening Options" tab by setting "Deactivate users on failed login" -> "Number of failed logins" to 0. But I'm still getting blocked logins. Is there another setting to tell WAF that failed logins should not be blocked? It is a low access site where people log in once or twice a year and regularly forget the login, so they try multiple times.

What you are looking for is Treat Failed Logins As Blocked Requests. This controls whether Joomla's failed user login event will be handled by Admin Tools and converted to a blocked request, which I understand is what you want to prevent.

Where do I find that setting?

Components, Admin Tools for Joomla, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, Hardening Options tab, set “Treat failed logins as a reason for blocking the request” to No, click on Save & Close.

I swear I went though all the tabs and searched for "treat" after your last comment, but the browser didn't find it. And now it does. What did you do to my browser in the meantime?

Just joking, thanks for the fast answer!
