#41630 Critical Error after Login

After a valid Login to the backend we’re getting a blank screen with the following Message:

Critical error. Please see server logs for errorID:e977aed46cc9Critical error. Please see server logs for errorID:76ea8e17c044

It Look ms the same as the Firewall blocking Notifikation that’s why we‘re suspecting Admintools here.

We have already deactivated admintools via FTP, but the Problem still persistent.

Any ideas?

Your message does not look at all like the default blocked request or blocked IP message. Moreover, you have proven it's not coming from Admin Tools since you have already disabled the plugin via FTP. You should look at your server error log as per the message.

Hi thanks for the reply. That makes absolutely sense. We've found the problem - CiviCRM was causing the problem.
