Just installed Admin Tools Pro on Joomla 5 system. Using JoomDonation EStore, Membership Pro, Donations and Events Booking. All were working well. User level makes no difference. Various other similar pages work fine.

1. At end of checkout in EStore:

Class "JDispatcher" not found

An error has occurred while processing your request.

You may not be able to visit this page because of:

  • an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
  • mistyped address
  • a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
  • you have no access to this page

2. Calling Membership Profile display

Call to protected method MPFFormFieldCheckboxes::getInput() from scope MPFViewHtml

An error has occurred while processing your request.

Additionally, I decided to just remove tools and do a restore with Backup Pro - got JSON error on first line there...

Ideas?

This issue has nothing to do with Admin Tools and everything to do with EStore.

JDispatcher was deprecated in Joomla 4.0 and removed in 5.0. You can only use extensions using this now obsolete class if you have enabled the "Behaviour - Backward Compatibility" plugin.

Please contact the developer of EStore and ask them to address the compatibility issues. Joomla 6 is coming out in October. The temporary solution of the backwards compatibility plugin will no longer work.

This is a bug in the third party extension you are using. It has nothing to do with us and our software.

You can reproduce these issues even after disabling Admin Tools.

Your incredibly vague description can mean absolutely anything. I cannot help you without specifics. What exactly did you do, what is the exact error message, at which exact stage of the restoration process you got it is the bare minimum of information I need to even have a passing chance of remotely understanding what you might be talking about.
