I have set the WAF Exceptions for Chronoforms and left all options blank, I think this adds all to teh exception

I am trying to find out how do I stop the Admin Tools for Joomla blocking the plugin 'Chronoforms'
Since I installed it, when I try to save my Chronoforms, it just spins. I have set the WAF Exceptions for Chronoforms and left all options blank, I think this adds all to the exception.
What else can I do to stop it blocking the save of Chronoforms in the backend? I added my IP address in the safe list as well.
If it's being blocked by the Web Application Firewall you will see a line in the Blocked Requests Log with your IP address. I'd need the Target URL and Reason to help you.

Hi, so the URL of the Chronoforms spinning when you try and save is: https://earthwatch.org.au/administrator/index.php?option=com_chronoforms7&cont=connections&act=edit&id=6
I checked in the Blocked Requests Log and there is no entry in there for the blocking of Chronoforms or my ip.
I have reset the htaccess maker so it is not being used at the moment, this has fixed the Dashboard.
I also switched off Web Application Firewall's configuration - Request Filter to test but this did not help.

Therefore, the request is NOT blocked by Admin Tools.
I have reset the htaccess maker so it is not being used at the moment, this has fixed the Dashboard.
If you replace the .htaccess contents with those from Joomla's htaccess.txt file does that change anything?

Hi, i reset the .htaccess file to the Joomla install version, but still it does not help.
You have proven that the problem does not come from Admin Tools. Neither its WAF nor its .htaccess Maker blocks your request. Since the problem doesn't come from our software that's all I can help with.
