I'm trying to block IP addresses by country. Older versions of Admin Tools had Geo Blocking where I could add countries such as RU, CN, KP, IR. I can't find that feature/option in the latest version of Admin Tools. Does it still exist? If not, how do you recommend blocking specific countries, as I don't want to add a massive number of IP ranges, as this can affect site load times?

No, this is no longer possible. We have removed this feature since 2020 for the reasons explained in our announcement.
Please note that geo-blocking is not a security feature. It can be trivially circumvented using a proxy or VPN. Do not bet your site's security on this kind of flakey, easily defeatable features.
