I entered the IP address of my old router in admintools_adminiplist.
I am currently waiting for the new router to be delivered.
In the meantime, I am accessing the Internet via my smartphone.

My question:
Can I add the IP address of my smartphone as a second address to admintools_adminiplist in my database?

You can add as many IPs as you want. That said, smartphone Internet connections tend to change IPs very frequently. I am not sure if this will be very practical for you. You may have to just disable this feature in the meantime. Having an administrator directory password and MFA enabled for all of your backend users is actually a very secure solution, and the one I recommend instead of IP whitelisting for most people including myself.
