i could find the provider path.

 

i got locked out . 

blindly i turned off one provider. below path

but seems that is not the correct provider..

after i renamed that, now i can login, but now tool is not working.

 

please let me know the new provider path.

problem was from hosting server side.

filesystem write permission has got changed somehow.

 

 

now it is working.
