Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

On my own managed site I use Administrator secret URL parameter. So sometimes when I forget to logout and I am automatically logged out, my IP is blocked.
So I click on the link in the mail, receive the second mail to login and unlock my IP. So far as well.
But on two other sites I receive only the first 'blocked'-mail but there is no second mail with the login url after click on the link.
I could not find the reason.
Where can I look deeper to solve this?

Email configuration is in the Configure WAF page, auto-block and reporting tabs.
However, I would recommend enabling the cookie for the secret URL parameter which will work around the problem you have. Alternatively, you can make a habit of only accessing the backend of your site using the URL with the secret URL parameter (e.g. https://www.example.com/administrator/index.php?yoursecrethere)
