#42704 Admin tools sending email when asked not to, I think.

I thought that I have set this up properly, but I guess I missed something. I have done this on other sites.

I set Admin Tools to not email on 404 shield, but I am still getting emails about 404shield.

You have set up Admin Tools to not send you emails when a request is blocked by 404Shield and, indeed, you do not receive those emails.

The email you got tells you that in IP address has been temporarily blocked after too many requests originating from it were blocked in a short period of time. This is a different email which is not regulated by that configuration parameter. As long as there is an email address in "Email this address after an automatic IP ban" you will receive that email. The "Last blocked request reason" in the email is just what it says: what was the reason for the last request from this IP address that was blocked.
