#43039 Unable to regain admin access to site

I think this site and 24 others have been compromised recently and I'm unable to regain admin access.
I have a secret word set and attempting to hit the back-end continually takes me to the frontend.
Trying rescue mode doesn't send an email with a recovery URL, and when viewing file manager, there is no main.php file located in "plugins/system/admintools/"
Not sure where to go now to regain admin access outside of a full restore from backup.
Please advise

The main.php file was how we were doing things back in the Joomla 3 days. The page you need to reference for Joomla 4 and later versions is https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/admin-tools-joomla/atwafissues.html and the file you need to rename is plugins/system/admintools/services/provider.php.
