Hello. I just installed the admin tools for our joomla website. I saw there's a lot of settings in it, so I left the default configuration of the WAF. My Joomla website is using the Helix Ultimate framework and template, and for some reason, when I go the template configuration, the WAF seems to block it (see image attached). I saw there are exceptions in the WAF configuration, but I'm not sure how to use it. I appreciate any advice you can give me.

Here is what to do:

  1. Go to Components → Admin Tools → Web Application Firewall → Configure WAF.
  2. Click on the Cloaking tab.
  3. Set Allow site templates to Yes.
  4. Click Save & Close.
