We setup the Password Protect Admin, but when we try to login it keep show the same popup even with the correct username and password? May i know what is the issue here?
Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

Remember that this is handled by your web server, not our code.
First, try using a password that consists only of letters a-z and A-Z, and numbers 0-9. If that works, your problem is that the browser could not communicate properly some of the special characters in the password to the server.
If that didn't help, try using a password that's exactly 8 characters. If that worked, your web server is misconfigured to only support the legacy crypt() password hashing method which only supports passwords up to 8 characters long. Talk to your host; every modern, supported (as in: it's not End of Life) version of Apache supports the APR-1 hashing method at the very least which allows passwords of any length.
