No, installing is fine. When I complete Setup Wizard, my admin panel returns 500 or 502 error page. I have changed PHP to old version and it works fine now.

That's exactly why I was asking you about the configuration. That's what I understood happened and what I wanted to give you instructions about, but I wanted to be sure we're talking about the same thing :)

Part of the initial configuration (Quick Setup Wizard) is setting up the .htaccess Maker-generated .htaccess file. While we do try to copy over the PHP SetHandler / AddHandler lines from your existing .htaccess file automatically, there's a minority of cases where this doesn't work. In those cases you need to go to your hosting control panel, set the PHP version (so that the host adds the necessary lines to your .htaccess file), edit the .htaccess file in a text editor, copy the block of code that sets the PHP version, and put it into the .htaccess Maker's "Custom .htaccess rules at the bottom of the file" area.
