Does anyone have problems with Jomsocial after the Admin Tools installation?
If I add a new extension so nothing happens
see attached photo.

Have you used the .htaccess maker? If so, please turn off the "Redirect index.php to the site's root" setting in the "Optimisation and utility" pane and then click on "Save and create .htaccess". This is a known issue and will be fixed in the next release.
