I just purchased Admin Tools Pro but there is no Pro Download which has been made available to me yet. I am assuming that I have to download and install the pro version.

Correct! This is where you have to go. Both the Core and Professional downloads are under the same tree. When you are logged in as a Pro subscriber you get to see the download item of the Professional release.
