Hi there-

I just purchased the Backup Pro, and it's really a great application. Thanks for all of your hard work!

My main usage will be backing up sites, as well as making new instances of the site, however with a different database. If I run the Kickstart, I'm under the impression that it will make a copy with the same files and same database. Could you please let me know the best way to proceed with a new site with a new database, without the risk of overwriting any existing databases on the server (it's always a big fear of mine).

Any help is greatly appreciated.

All the best,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
Kickstart is a tool for unzipping .jpa archives on your remote server. We have great quick start guide located hereand a comprehensive guide located here. We recommend you read at least the quick start guide before attempting to backup your site. We are glad you like the software, Nicholas has worked very hard on it. :)
