Could you please help me to define a custom .htaccess rule that allows me to access my site in offline mode ON ?

Go to Admin Tools' .htaccess Maker Configuration page and set "Redirect index.php to the site's root" to No. Then click on "Save and create .htaccess" to solve this issue.
