Hi,

I created default .htaccess using Admin Tool. As a result, everytime I search my website using default joomla search, I'm being redirected to homepage.

I'm guessing I need to tweak the .htaccess generated by admin tool. Can somebody help me?

You have to go to .htaccess Maker, disable "Redirect index.php to the site's root" and click on "Save and create .htaccess". This should fix this.
