When I am in WAF (anywhere) and I go to Save, I get kicked out to the front end home page. I'm not really logged out since I can input my backend URL and I'm back in. This was occurring before I upgrading to AT2.0.1.

I am not certain if Admin Tools is the problem or not. I have several websites and only one website does this. I have been upgrading the Admin Tools & the AkeebaBackup recently to all of them. Any help/direction would be appreciated.

I've checked the session time in the global config and it's fine.

This is a known issue with some very rare server setups (in fact, I have dealt many times with the same issue in JoomlaPack and Akeeba Backup over the last 4 years). It has to do with the action URL parameter in the form. Fixing this problem for server setups like yours will cause the same problem for 99% of users, so it won't happen. Unfortunately, you'll have to bear with this behavior as long as you're hosted on that particular host :(
