I use version 2.0.5 under Joomla 1.5.23/PHP 5.2.14 or 5.3.5/ MySQL 5.1.14 or 5.5.9 / IIS 6 or 7 - everywhere the same problem.

I had to deactivate the Admin tools plugin because it causes 403 errors when an editor trys to save or cancel an article (we use JCE). On my test site I have this issue when I try to use the preview from backend.

Second issue: Can not submit a ticket - no permissions - why? My subscription expires next year.

is your "remove all instance of joomla" set to on or off ?

If its on (in WAF) try setting to off and see if your still having this problem.

Personally i have 100's of website which use JCE front end editor, no problems at all.

If the above doesn't help, try adding a WAF exception for com_jce, as described in the documentation's example. In fact, that feature was developed in cooperation with JCE's author in order to work around some issues with front-end editing.

Regarding the tickets, what kind of error do you get? I can see that you have full permissions for the ticket system. Other users with the same permissions were able to submit tickets. If you give me the exact error message I might be able to find out what is going on.

I followed your tip but not the "remove all instance of joomla" was the problem. It was set to "No" already. I had to set the "Remote File Inclusion block (RFIShield)" to "no". This fixed the editing issue.

I will test my site more in deep ASAP. But in the moment it works. I used the tool already for a while, without these problems. So I didn't look here for a fix.

Ticket issue: No error message. Tried to submit and nothing happens. No response from your server. Tried this with Firefox v4 and IE v8.

Thank you for your quick response :)

Glad you fixed your issue.

I have not personally had such an issue (and run both JCE and ATP with full functions) however i have seen this type of problem with very poor quality templates. (for example the ones available at template monster and etc) Personally i would avoid template monster like the plague.

I will have to check the ticket system issue. Looks like Javscript broke (again) :(
