#9885 back up not working after ATPRO install

Hello

I have just bought and installed the ATPRO package,and I used is to fix my permissions, reset super admin - clean up databases - all the good stuff!

Having done this I decided to make a back up using the Akeeba back up (free) I already had installed - this now doesn't work

Is this correct or am I missing something?

Which error message you get? Do you have a log you can ZIP and attach to your next post? Please try giving me as much information as possible about the backup error. I need some context in order to be able to help :)

As is so often the case - this is now working... this morning I was getting an error message - but I also had a problem with sykpe and that, too is now fixed - possibly had something to do with my connection.

Or maybe my server just needed a nap!

anyway I'm backing up now...

Skype had it's own issues lately, but I think that you might have had an ISP related issue anyway. Feel free to post back if the error persists :)
