Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? yes
Have I searched the forum before posting? yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? yes
Joomla! version: 1.7
PHP version: 5.2.12
MySQL version: 5.0.91
Host: ipage.com
Admin Tools version: 2.1.4

Description of my issue: Upgraded Admin Tool from 2.1 to 2.1.4 and now receive the following error on both the front and backend of site:
Warning: fopen(/administrator/components/com_admintools/assets/geoip/GeoIP.dat) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /administrator/components/com_admintools/helpers/geoip.php on line 343

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Ok, figured it out. For some reason there wasn't already an assets folder in com_admintools. Created one and added the GeoIP.dat file. All works fine now.

I am glad you got it fixed!

That said, a missing directory usually indicates a partial update. I would recommend installing Admin Tools again over your existing installation (don't uninstall it first!) to make sure that no file is stuck in an old version.
