I was uable to log in the back-end with my superadmin id then went to the back-end phpmyadmin to ensure that the username was correct... I used the super admin login to get in, did not work. Deleted the Superadmin id in the back phpmyadmin and now the front end does not work. The super admin in the back-end still shows activated...Please help:(

Please send me a Personal Message with the following information:
- Control Panel access to your site (hostname, username, password)
- Super Administrator username and password

Please note that by deleting the Super Administrator record in your database using phpMyAdmin you have basically bricked your site. I will have to create a new user account manually so that you can login to your site again.

Side note: Never, EVER, delete anything using phpMyAdmin unless you a. have a fully up-to-date and tested backup and b. know exactly what you're doing. Using phpMyAdmin to delete stuff is like unscrewing the cover of your laptop and using a pair of scissors to cut cables: it usually has the exact opposite effect than what you'd like ;)

He he! The first thing I had done to my 80286 computer back in '92 was to accidentally format its MS-DOS startup floppies, just one hour after taking it out of its box. Don't worry, mistakes like that happen. How do you think we all learnt not to do these mistakes... again? :D

Hi!

Your issue had nothing to do with any of our software. In your login module you had enabled the "Encrypt form" option, but your site does not support HTTPS. Once I disabled that option, everything works. Check it out yourself.

Thankfully, you had deleted the correct user (the unused old administrator record) from the database, so you didn't screw anything up in the process :)
