Description of my issue:

The message on configuration for akeebackup pro is that no encryption works. But my host (Rochen) says in the ticket I submit that the configuration is correct.


Thank you for reaching out. I can confirm that your account supports the 'openssl' extension for PHP and it is enabled by default.

If you create a temporary phpinfo() page on your site you can confirm the openssl extension is loaded properly. I've done this and confirmed the extension is loaded on


My log file is 4.2 megs .

After refresh and communicate with Rochen, I do not why but it is correct now.
