Description of my issue:

I don't know the reason of the presence of FOF 3 on my joomla. There is no way to desinstalle despite all component are unpublished. I don't know why they appear and how to retired then. It tells that there component that refear to it but I can't find out which are they?

A few months ago we published a final update to FOF 3 which removes the uninstallation block. Once you install that update you can remove FOF 3.

Please note that FOF is not something that only Akeeba Ltd uses. Third party developers also use it. While you can remove FOF 3 the way I told you above it would actually make sense to keep a copy of the libraries/fof30 folder. If your site breaks after uninstalling FOF 3 restore that folder and reinstall FOF 3.
