Hi

First, I would like to express my gratitude to you for this amazing piece of software, it literally save a lot of my times

Secondly, I just wondering, our back up files done seems to be normally being able to restore up until 3 last recent backups only

How can I increase this to like 6 latest backups available before being mark as obsolete and removed from my server?

That's all the answering I'm looking all over for now

Thank you and have a good weekend then :)

Yes, of course. Go to the Configuration page of each backup profile you want to increase that limit and scroll down to the Quota settings area. You can set the Count Quota to a larger number. If the number you want is not on the dropdown select Custom and enter the number you want in the text area which appears next to the popup.

You can of course disable the count quote feature if you want, use different quota settings (e.g. based on size or the backup age) or even use combinations of settings. For example, you can set up backup quotas which keep the last 30 days of backups as long as they are less than 50 backups and under 1Gb of size by setting the date based quota to 30, count quota to 50 and size quota to 1024 Mb.
