Hi,

I bought the Pro version Akeeba Back-up and according to the video tutorial you should be ble to restore very easy by using the restiore button. Unfortunately there is NO restore button on the menu (see attachment). What is wrong!

Thanks for your help.

Hello,

just to double check: did you install the Pro version on your website? Purchasing it and applying the Download ID will not turn your Core version into a Pro one, you have to install the new package.

Click on the Actions button. You will see that the Restore action is inside the dropdown list.

Hi Davide,

Yes, the Restore button is now in place. A few minutes ago it was not.

Thank you.
