Is the option to upgrade to Akeeba Back up 9 not available as part of my subscription?

if your subscription is active, you can always download all versions of our software, you're not limited on the version.

Are you having some troubles on downloading or upgrading your software? If so, can you please give me some details on the error you're receving?

Working hours: Typically we work Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets, but we cannot respond to them, outside of our working hours.
