EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 10MiB, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

The backup log file you sent indicates that the backup completed successfully. I am therefore closing this ticket as invalid: the information you provided contradicts your claim that the backup doesn't work.

If you still have a problem, e.g. the backup not starting as opposed to the implied “does not complete” which we have already seen is not the case, please submit a new ticket and explain in words what the problem seems to be.
