I'm experiencing in website restore the alert DATABASE SUPPORT: NO

In the past i never had this alert using same server and several restores, i tried to force anyway the restore and it (seems) works correctly.

How can i solve and why i'm receiving this alert?

If your backup is taken with Akeeba Backup 9.2.5 as noted in your ticket: yes, you can ignore it and proceed.

This issue was fixed in Akeeba Backup 9.2.6
