EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 10MiB, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Hello,

can I have more info about this issue? When do you get this error? Immediately when extraction starts or after few steps?

Can you please enable Kickstart debug mode? Open the kickstart file and search for KS_DEBUG line, remove the two forward slashes, save the file and try again to extract. It will fail but a debug file will be created, so we can understand what's going on. Please zip it and attach it here.
