An error occurred

Invalid header in archive file, part 1, offset 4161

While the extraction of the files, this has been happening in a few site installs, and haven't been able to find the solution,

please let us know what we can do or any other option to fix this, thank you

Hello,

this happens because your backup archive is invalid. Please open the Kickstart file and search for the line containing KSDEBUG and remove the two slashes from the beginning.

Save the file and try again to extract.

It will fail again, but a debug.txt file will be created, so we know what's happening. Zip it and upload it here, so I can review it.
