The database tables for Akeeba Backup 9 seem to be broken.

Uninstall Akeeba Backup 9. Please follow the uninstallation instructions in https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-joomla/uninstalling.html to uninstall the package extension (NOT just the component!) for Akeeba Backup 9. Double check the version you are uninstalling.

Make sure that you download the latest version of Akeeba Backup 9 Professional from our site. At the time of this writing that would be 9.4.3.

Install the Akeeba Backup 9 package you downloaded twice in a row, without uninstalling it before or in between.

If you have the same issue please let me know.
