Hello.

After saving the ticket informations, I couldn't add any content. So, here is my problem :

On some sites, the Akeeba config admin is not complete. I can see only the general configuration, but not the advanced parameters. See screenshot attached.

It's the same on some of my Joomla sites on my 2 hosters, but not on all the sites.

This is a JavaScript issue.

First try to clear your browser's cache: https://clear-my-cache.com/

If this did not help, install the version of Akeeba Backup you already have twice in a row, without uninstalling it before or in between. Then, clear your browser's cache again.

If you still have a problem, please check the $live_site in your configuration.php file. It should be empty. If it's not and it differs from the exact protocol and fully qualified domain you are accessing your site you are causing your site to not load JavaScript correctly. For example, if $live_site is set to https://www.example.com and you are accessing your site as either http://www.example.com (protocol mismatch: HTTP vs HTTPS) or https://example.com (fully qualified domain name mismatch: example.com vs www.example.com) JavaScript will not load correctly as your browser sees either an insecure resource or a domain mismatch leading to a mixed-origin warning in the JavaScript console.

Finally, it is possible that a different third party plugin is emitting broken JavaScript (either malformed JavaScript or JavaScript terminating with an error) which effectively prevents or JavaScript from executing.
