Nicholas where canI find the download keys I cannot locate them I appreciate and help

Log into the site, look at the top right. There's a My Account menu. Click on it. Select Add-on Download IDs. You can find your main download ID there as well as manage any number of additional Download IDs (what Joomla calls Download Keys). I recommend that you create an additional Download ID for each site or client you have. It makes management much easier over time.
