Neither is correct in Joomla 4.

Please go to the Schedule Automatic Backups page in Akeeba Backup to see the correct command line and please do read the documentation to understand why it's changed.

Hint: Joomla 4 has a new CLI application implemented in cli/joomla.php to which 3PDs like us can add commands. Instead of having arbitrary files in the CLI folder we write plugins which add commands to cli/joomla.php.
