I am trying to clone a site to my WAMP environment, which I have done many times before. This is the first time I've done it after converting to Joomla 4 on the live site.

I downloaded a copy of the Akeeba backup file, added the kickstart files, and did the extract. When that succeeded, the Installer failed immediately with this error

Hello,

which version of Akeeba Backup are you using? Pro or Core? Did you install from fresh on your website or did you upgrade from a previous version?

Can you please try to install Akeeba Backup twice in a row and take another backup? Does it produce the same error?

Hello,

we just discovered that due to a packaging issue, the installer was missing. We just released a new version that fixes the problem, please install it, take another backup and try again, it should fix your problem.
