Hi

I developed a new version of this site locally on a Mac OS 11.7.2 and created a back up file.

I then deleted all the files from the live site, and uploaded the .jpa file and kickstart 7.1.2

When I started the the kickstart process all the files appear to have been extracted but when I started the actual installation at step six the result was a blank white page.

I repeated the process with a new backup file and got the same result.

Have you any idea where I'm going wrong?

Hello,

which version of Akeeba Backup did you use for taking the backup?

Please update to the latest version and take another backup. There was a packaging issue so some files were missing, hence the error. If you absolutely need to use that specific backup, please let me know, we can provide a ZIP file for fixing the issue.

I used Akeeba Backup 9.4.7 - screenshot attached.

The backup file is not important, thanks. I'll download a new version and try again. I'll let you know how I get on...
